We graciously invite you to join us on the People First Leadership Summit.

Since February 2021, I have prayed asking God, "what’s next?” after concluding the Power of Proverbs 21-Day Morning Boot Camp. Why? Because God moved so awesomely, touching the men that participated who gained a closer relationship with our heavenly Father.

God showed me that our faith-based leaders are in need to truly reflect His character as ambassadors on earth. How do we display His heart for His people? By replicating His love through the lens of Jesus’s leadership, which is why this event is called People First Leadership Summit.

The speakers on this summit have demonstrated a love for people first in their leadership role. Leaders with God’s heart understand the scripture, “all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” (John 13:35). Leadership is the art of influence. We can influence with greater impact when the ones we lead know we care. We all need the wisdom of God to help us pass on a People First Leadership example for our next generation. 

The summit has three foundations:

First Foundation: DEVELOP - We must develop ourselves in our identity in Christ as a solid foundation. We must build upon the Rock of God’s Word and faith in what Christ has completed for us on the Cross and His resurrection (Matthew 7:24-27) plus continually seek His grace and wisdom daily. (James 1:5) (Romans 12:2)

Second Foundation: EQUIP - Recognize our position as leaders to equip the next generation. The Apostle Paul stated imitate me as I imitate Christ. (1 Cor 11:1) As we lead in our household, business and life it is imperative to be sensitive to Holy Spirit because “discipleship is more caught than taught.”

Third Foundation: DEPLOY – Leadership eventually should lead to replication. Once we build on a Rock, equip others, the final step is to deploy your forces. Jesus modeled this for us in His 3-year mission to redeem us to Himself but He didn’t stop there. In Matthew 28:18-20, Jesus deploys His disciples (learners) into the world and reminds them that He is with them. Leaders build their people to greater potential than the individuals ever can imagine. Additionally, the leader understands that the growth of the learner is a continual necessity. Leaders understand that no one is left behind!

Additionally, each day the summit participants will be challenged to prayerfully reflect on their 5 Areas of Authority which are:

1. Personal Spiritual Life

2. Business/Career/Employment

3. Family Life (Immediate/Extended)

4. Physical and Mental Health

5. Financial Stability
